Jazmine & Dominic
Each time I have the opportunity to photograph a couple, I am taking the time not only to document their love story, but also learning their love story. I have to admit, sometimes I am even doing this for selfish reasons! Selfish you ask? Yes, I am learning their love story because I love to see what makes people tick. After all, love is a universal language.
For this session, Dominic reached out to me and said he wanted to do something special for his wife. He'd planned a romantic date night in our hometown and left nothing to for chance. He wrote his wife a letter with instructions of how to proceed and even made sure her wardrobe for the night was meticulously planned. When the couple arrived, I remember Jazmine getting out of the car with a glow that uttered looks of appreciation for what Dominic had planned.
Two thinks that I learned. I learned that love has a language that speaks in different ways. Dominic is a talented musician that enjoys the melodies of life. However, his harmony is certainly found in every note Jazmine reads. Jasmine is the heartbeat that allows the music to be orchestrated.
